I'm sorry to say that I don't have much good to say about the carpet cleaning. I asked him to pre spot in heavily used areas. He said he didn't need to. His equipment leaked so,much extra water in the rugs. It took over 4 days to dry. He mishandled my runner. He cleaned it and placed it right on top of the very wet carpet. His machine didn't suck up the water enough. In some areas my feet squished. It was a mess.

They came out and said I️ needed an”shampoo” instead of steam cleaned. This cost more than 3xs the quoted price. I asked if couch would come clean for this price and was told absolutely. It looks the very same as the steam cleaned cleaners for quarter of the price and took the same amount of time to clean. I️ teaches out to the company and no one even returned my email or call Bait and switch is goin in here.
