Ari catered lunch for our short film cast and crew members, this past August for 5 days. Ari was professional, punctual, and personable. Ari's adaptability was valued. Some delicious planned menu items ran out quickly and could not be replenished. Also, unexpected generic beverages were provided. We look forward to working with Ari in the near future.Oct 29, 2014
Event Catering (Drop-off)
Very easy to work with, very accommodating. Delivery was timely and the food was good. Only small concern was that we ordered food for 13 people, ended up only having 10 people eat and had hardly any food left over. Had we had the full13 people we originally planned for I do not know if we would have had enough. Fortunately things all worked out so it was not a real issue. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I stay abreast of my skill by watching culinary channels and I will occasionally take cooking classes to learn different skills and recipes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have been cooking ever since I could stand and got more involved with it when I decided to invoke my passion and take my business from beyond family and expand into a company.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I typically do birthday parties and also cookouts and the occasional corporate event (tenant picnic or luncheon). For my friends that want to try different foods I will cook the small dinners for their families to eat. I have also provided couples dinners for valentines's Day and days like that.
