I discovered a leak in our furnace on a Monday morning. After searching Thumbtack I reached out to ADC Pros and someone replied promptly. I was scheduled for service the following day.
Leo arrived on time, explained what needed to be done to repair the leak and completed everything in a timely manner. I asked if he could clean the furnace as well and he happily agreed. When finished, he explained a few things about the furnace, all good things.
I intend to schedule him to clean our A/C units this Spring. Thank you Leo!

Your furnace stops working mid-January and the wind chill is -31 F... Every home owner's nightmare! THANKFULLY ADC Pros was there for us 🙏 i was able to schedule contact and chat with them in the late evening and schedule a home visit for the next afternoon.
Our technician Leo was punctual, professional and quickly identified an issue and affordable solution. Though the replacement part was out of stock, he was very responsive and updated me on the progress and his schedule. When the first fix didn't solve our problem, he knew exactly what to do next, got the part, and was here early the next day to finish the job. While working, Leo was very communicative, answering all my questions in an understandable way and with obvious expertise. Leo was also very respectful of our house and furniture, kept his work area neat, and even shared tips for future maintenance and an appraisal of our aging furnace's overall health.
Overall, Leo and ADC Pros make an otherwise stressful situation very manageable. Their prices are quite fair and i feel comfortable with the approaches we agreed on. At every step they were transparent about pricing, component sourcing and alternatives when available. I will definitely call them for future maintenance and when unexpected issues come up. Thanks Leo!

Leo was assigned to us to fix a problem that we were having with our furnace. Our house was cold and then heat stopped working. I have a warranty with another company to have this problem fixed but the people never showed up and I had to wait a week and a half to get an appointment. So I decided to go to the thumbtack app because I had a really good experience with them.Leo response was very quick and he came out the same day. Unfortunately the part he needed to repair my furnace was not in stock. So he had to come back today. Leo was on time he fixed the furnace And explained some things to me I didn't know about a a new home owner. I would like t I thank ACD Pros and Leo and I really appreciate the professionalism, quick response, and excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend ACD Pros and Leo to any of my friends and family.
