all other hvac companies suggested to replace my furnace Salazar is the only one that said there is still life in my furnce and that it is still under warranty that he can have the manufacturer replace it under warranty for FREE. very knowledgeable even with ductless system. this guy hits 10 solid stars in the HONESTY department!

TL;DR: knowledgeable and prompt service with integrity. Fixed our mini split dual unit that was not blowing cold air on the first visit and we are now discussing future projects. Manny was our tech and co-owner, the guy knows his stuff, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Salazar Heating and Air was professional and educated on the issue and fixed our AC. The tech and co-owner took the time to listen to our problem, spoke intelligently and shared hypothesis of potential issues over the phone and then a few days later successfully completed the repair on his first visit. Two other companies refused to even attempt a repair due to the age of our units and resorted to aggressive sales tactics charging us for doing literally nothing. Manny took time to discuss options after the repairs were complete and is now working on quotes to replace the units in the near future. The service was courteous, professional, prompt, and with integrity. We will continue to do business with Salazar Heating and Air and will be routing all future referrals to them too. Top notch work.

Still working with Salazar Heating for a quote but during the visit everything was explained, all my questions were answered and I think they were clear on trying to find a solution for our needs. Our building requires a commercial unit and many vendors did not respond so I appreciate the information exchanged before the visit as well to make sure they could handle our needs.

I called in the evening after hours and they were still able to help me. I was shopping around and I'm glad I landed with Salazar. Professional and honest. Alot of places take advantage but I highly recommend Salazar heating. Manny was very informative. If you need Air conditioning help Salazar Heating and Air Inc is the place to call! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upfront & Transparent. We offer discount(s) on Equipment Installation (Maintenance Members) When we perform a Service Diagnostic Call (finding out what part is bad before repair) if you choose us to complete the repair, for our Maintenance Members that Service Diagnostic Call is waived on the Invoice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upfront we ask for the usual, Name, Service Address, Email Address and Phone Number. When we come out we wear Shoe Covers and Place floor coverings where we are working (if needed). When it comes to diagnosing a problem, we find the root cause of the issue and not just what is causing the initial symptoms. Typically the root cause almost always ties back to poor installation practices.
