TL;DR: knowledgeable and prompt service with integrity. Fixed our mini split dual unit that was not blowing cold air on the first visit and we are now discussing future projects. Manny was our tech and co-owner, the guy knows his stuff, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Salazar Heating and Air was professional and educated on the issue and fixed our AC. The tech and co-owner took the time to listen to our problem, spoke intelligently and shared hypothesis of potential issues over the phone and then a few days later successfully completed the repair on his first visit. Two other companies refused to even attempt a repair due to the age of our units and resorted to aggressive sales tactics charging us for doing literally nothing. Manny took time to discuss options after the repairs were complete and is now working on quotes to replace the units in the near future. The service was courteous, professional, prompt, and with integrity. We will continue to do business with Salazar Heating and Air and will be routing all future referrals to them too. Top notch work.

After having horrific experiences with other HVAC companies, Salazar was a refreshing experience. He called when he became available which was ahead of our schedule appointment. I immediately felt comfortable upon his arrival at my home. He was professional yet friendly. He analyzed my issue and took care of it. Upon my request, he gave me recommendations. He was kind and generous with his time, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was working right. He even showed me a more efficient way to use my thermostat.I most definitely am and will recommending Salazar Heating & Air to anyone who needs HVAC service, replacement or repair.

Great service, professional, goes above and beyond every time! This is our second time calling Salazars heating and cooling when we were in a pinch and they were so responsive! Manny came out within the hour, diagnosed the issue, talked us through the repair and went above and beyond to get us up and running smoothly. Manny provided fast, friendly and professional service, which is hard to find these days.

Still working with Salazar Heating for a quote but during the visit everything was explained, all my questions were answered and I think they were clear on trying to find a solution for our needs. Our building requires a commercial unit and many vendors did not respond so I appreciate the information exchanged before the visit as well to make sure they could handle our needs.

The valve that controls the temperature in my hot water baseboard radiator was leaking. I called a few companies to get a quote. Salazar was one of the few who offered to quote without charging me for it. Further, he was the one who better explained the current issue as well as the potential issues we might encounter during repair. He did not try to sell me services I did not need, and suggested a plan in case we encountered problems. He also gave me the best quote. He was on time, worked cleanly, and took care not to upset the other very old systems, keeping the costs under control but delivering a flawless repair. Highly recommended

Upfront & Transparent. We offer discount(s) on Equipment Installation (Maintenance Members) When we perform a Service Diagnostic Call (finding out what part is bad before repair) if you choose us to complete the repair, for our Maintenance Members that Service Diagnostic Call is waived on the Invoice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upfront we ask for the usual, Name, Service Address, Email Address and Phone Number. When we come out we wear Shoe Covers and Place floor coverings where we are working (if needed). When it comes to diagnosing a problem, we find the root cause of the issue and not just what is causing the initial symptoms. Typically the root cause almost always ties back to poor installation practices.
