Will Carmichael who owns Sure-Flo did a great job cleaning my PTAC ac units. He explained how they work and was the only person I could find to come out and clean them. Other HVAC companies don’t seem to do it and Will said he does them frequently and it is one of his main jobs that he does. He showed me how he cleans them with high pressure heated water and the process was interesting to watch! Also, he is very personable. I am going to hire him again in the spring to come and do a seasonal cleaning.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My are flat rate pricing for repairs on A/Cs ,Furnaces, Boilers, Hotwater tanks etc... are $50- diagnostic service fee( not including labor and parts).
My labor is flat rate as well for parts repairs or replacement depending on the type of repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first...I contact the customer to get more information of the work that needs to be completed, then I set an appointment to access the job . Finally I offer my customer a flat rate fee after an accurate diagnostic .
For customer that only need maintenance work for A/Cs or furnaces that fee only $65 .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of academic and professional experience in the HVAC field , I am insured and licensed with a HVAC degree from Coyne College in the downtown chicago area.
