- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My are flat rate pricing for repairs on A/Cs ,Furnaces, Boilers, Hotwater tanks etc... are $50- diagnostic service fee( not including labor and parts). My labor is flat rate as well for parts repairs or replacement depending on the type of repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first...I contact the customer to get more information of the work that needs to be completed, then I set an appointment to access the job . Finally I offer my customer a flat rate fee after an accurate diagnostic . For customer that only need maintenance work for A/Cs or furnaces that fee only $65 .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of academic and professional experience in the HVAC field , I am insured and licensed with a HVAC degree from Coyne College in the downtown chicago area.
