My experience with Benito was great. He reached out to me almost immediately after I messaged him on Thumbtack. We spoke about the problem I was having, and he quoted me a price for what he thought was wrong with my laptop. We scheduled a day and he showed up when he said he was going to, and immediately got to work. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, describing what he was doing while he was working and answering my questions along the way. He was able to replace my hard drive, and worked his hardest to do data recovery on my old drive. When we were ultimately unable to recover that data, he gave me multiple recommendations on other services I could attempt. I ended up paying what I was originally quoted, no surprise fees or charges. I would definitely contact him again in the future for any computer problems, and will recommend him to people I know. Thanks again Benito!
