Mr. McDowell from DM Tech Solutions met with me at my convenience, quickly assessed the issues causing my computer problems and repaired everything in almost no time. Drew was very knowledgeable about my computers problem, (virus) and how to get it up and running again. While the computer had to reboot several times to run through the process, Drew maintained his professionalism waiting for the process to be completed.
