My laptop was down. Locked. Frozen. I called Community Techs and spoke with Darrick. He got me back up and running the next day! I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and the price was fair. I will be contacting Darrick for all my computer needs!Nov 16, 2019Verified
Derick was very professional and patient with us in describing the problem with our computer. Was have a resolution plan in place and will be up and running very soon. Will definitely use him again and highly recommend him for your computer needs.Dec 30, 2016Verified
Darrick Taylor is the best computer technician I have ever met. He is prompt, courteous and knowledgable. My older computer's operating system was obsolete so he upgraded it to Windows 7 and transferred all of my files. It is now running like a new machine. The price was surprisingly reasonable for all of the work he did. He will definitely be my go to person for computer maintenance.Mar 11, 2017Verified

Mr. Taylor came to my home to check out my hp computer. Report I gave him before he came out was to do with fan and a weird noise. When Mr. Taylor arrived the computer decided to operate fine. Mr Taylor had a tool looks like a I phone were he was able to click into area's and see where the problem may be. He downloaded the computer report so I have it. The computer still refused to cooperate. So I recommend Mr. Taylor should you need computer expertise. Should I need him in the future I will be calling him for my computers.Mar 5, 2017Verified
