What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would want to make sure that the customer is aware that any individual he/she decides to go with is Certified by CompTIA, who is the agency that determines the standards for It Professionals and that they are Microsoft certified Professionals (MCP Certified)
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that they new that there are a lot of individuals that say that they can fix computers but are not Certified Technicians, then they mess something up and gives the smaller businesses a bad name. Anyone that says they are trained to work on computers should have a certification card Issued through an agency that sets standards for the It industry called compTIA. In our business we are compTIA A+ certified, Network + certified and we are Microsoft Certified Professionals.
