Currently I am employed as a Support Technician aiding 400+ associates. I was previously enrolled at Roosevelt and Robert Morris University where I studied for my double major in Information Technology and Business Administration.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My most recent job was a Toshiba Satellite computer dated from 2009 with 8 Viruses and 4 trojans. All of them were uninstalled within 1 hour and I reinstalled updates to all the drivers and applications and installed a well known Anti-malware service.
