• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Larger footage will dictate less SF cost...however, concrete is a specialty, and even small fixes require know how and experience for the correct outcome-

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  First, I would urge you to provide me with as much info as possible including photos, DIY gone bad story and timeline for completion. I will be proactive in reply with quote or visit and complete your project to your satisfaction.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We work with the best in class concrete machinery, including concrete grinders and polishers and the safest vacuums in the business.
