Introduction: I became a Professional Chef in 2016. However, I've been Cooking since childhood. Cooking SHOULD NOT be considered a chore! When I'm coming up with a recipe, I'm Creating and Creating is Fun. I want each Client I work with to have a Blast, while learning a little something along the way, and not look at the Kitchen as a scary place, but a place to make magic.
