Introduction
I started first cooking private dinners for my family, so I like to believe I started with some rigorous training that helped train me for my career for years until culinary school. Professionally I've been cooking for 7 years and have learned so much in my time cooking. After culinary school, I've learned to cater baby showers, rehearsal dinners, large dinner parties, birthday bashes, and wedding anniversaries all while keeping a day job in restaurants in Chicago. I also teach cooking classes and love that so much that I work part time as a chef instructor in Lincoln Park. I love to challenge myself and I'm very passionate towards food. What's next!

I met Dom in 2010 when he was aspiring to be a chef, at 18 years old. To date, he has done exactly what he said he would all those years ago. He became a chef and an amazing one!
I got married in 2013 and wanted to have an intimate party for roughly 12 of my out-of-town guests. I called Dom and immediately he put me at ease. I didn’t know what food I wanted him to prepare but I knew I wanted it to be “sexy”. It’s a funny description but Dom got it!! He came to my house and prepared the most delicious lamb shanks in a red wine reduction sauce with roasted brussel sprouts mashed potatoes. YUMMY!!! Each one of my guests couldn’t raved about the food and his professionalism.
Of course when I had another big event, I called Dom! He prepared small bites for my baby shower in 2015 for 50 guests. He came up with several types of sandwiches and all I did was choose the ones I wanted and how many. He also made the most amazing salad. It was the easiest experience ever. With Dom taking control of his responsibilities as the Chef for our baby shower, it allowed me to relax and just delegate the other stuff to my husband! Of course the food was a hit!!! And the baby shower, well, that was too!
Needless to say, Dom is the only Chef I call when I have an event, big or small!
