I had a disappointing experience with this epoxy garage service. After signing the contract, the owner never showed up—not during the job and not even after it was completed. Communication was very poor throughout the process. The crew sent to do the work spoke only Spanish, which made it difficult to communicate details and expectations. Because of this, the job was not completed properly the first time, and I had to call them back to finish it, which delayed my overall project. Additionally, the worker did not bring proper equipment. There was no vacuum to clean up debris, and I had to provide my own household vacuum, which is not acceptable for a professional service. Overall, the lack of communication, poor planning, and unprofessional setup made this a frustrating experience.

For my garage floor and painting I have quoted places - this shop had the most experience with floors and a competitive price. I selected them because they used the most advanced process to clear the existing floor and more durable material but also offered conventional painting for the walls. Excellent quality and good value.

"The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten" Our pricing remains competitive amongst legitimate service providers. We do not take short cuts in any of the services we offer. Therefore, we will not be able to price match competitors with low-quality material and/or workmanship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For any job that is over $ 500.00, we require at least a 10% down payment.
