- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is contingent on equipment needed, and the amount of time services would be needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consultation 2. Contract review, and deposit paid 3. Selection of preferred genres of music, and any song requests 4. Venue walk through to assess equipment need and setup location 5. Depending on the event we would request an itinerary 6. Inform the client that we need access to the venue one hour prior to the set time in order to setup equipment, and one hour after the event is over to break down.

All of our dj’s and sound technicians have careers in sound, lighting, and video (teaching, training, working)
