- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Black Box Entertainment not only provides superior customer service we add on that with our industry best pricing for the amazing services provided. We offer all of our school clients a discount along with our military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client we require ********** so that we can send you one of our customized questionnaires to give us the detail about your event. Once we have that back we use that information to create your contract and invoice. Most services require a $100 or 10% deposit which ever is greater.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our DJ, Photographers, Videographers, bartenders and servers are licensed and insured.
