- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more work you give me the lower I can go on my prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer a face to face meeting to get a feel of the project at hand and what exactly the customer's needs and wants are. Discuss options, cost and timing. Then follow up after job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am formally trained through the Carpenter's union apprenticeship program and by non union master carpenters in the field. I have 20 years experience altogether.
