- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat rate, which means the price is the price there aren't any hidden fees
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is mandatory in the plumbing trade, every year we have to take a 4 hour course to keep updated on any new codes or technology out there. Plumbers can not renew their license without continuing education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a family of plumbers, my uncles owned a plumbing company and I starting working with them at the age of 15. I picked it up very quickly and loved doing it.
