Contacted Drain Works for a problem in a new condo, and they responded very promptly. Their technician Erick was very congenial, gave a great description of the problem, and solved it as best he and his partner could (ask your building to check their pipes!). Given the circumstances, we were very pleased to have a knowledgeable and friendly face during the hot mess that was our plumbing problem. Book 'em!

The sewer pipe under my house was all broken up due to vine roots which sent sewer water backing up into my house. Erick sent down a camera, diagnosed the problem, rodded it out to make it temporarily usable, and then came back with a crew to fix it. It was a huge project (digging down to the pipe through my basement floor, replacing pipe, hooking everything back up, filling and cementing the trench). They completed the work while I was out of town and did a pretty good job of cleaning up as well. The work was done professionally and the price was fair. I would recommend them and will use them again for any other plumbing projects that come up with an old house.
