my sewage was backing up into my home. No worries Junior and family came to my rescue. Came out the next day. Amazing work they worked until the job was done. I was able to flush my toilet. Take a shower wash my dishes. My family is very grateful of your kindness your hard work and your professionalism you guys are the best and you guys are part of my family so I will be seeing you every year as long as we own this home our family thank you so much. And thank you for working with us I see you in September for a annually inspection

Junior and his associate where communicative through the entire. process. They let us know what day, approximate time, and when they were on their way. . They were very informative. They didn’t hesitate to answer all the questions we had. I’ve had people in the past get annoyed if you ask them questions. These guys were very helpful. Where on a septic. Our problem was that our basement drain was backing up. They looked and it and stated the problem . They said the tank was full and needed to be pumped out. They didn’t want to snake it and charge us because that wouldn’t solve the problem. They said get it pumped and call them back if the issue wasn’t resolved. Sure enough we had it pumped out and it solved the problem. They are very honest and polite and that’s hard to find. This was my very first time using thumbtack and was hesitant. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Communication was great as I was notified that H2flow was running late. Do to unforeseen issue job couldn’t be completed during initial service call. H2flow arrived on time the next day (Sunday) completed the job with professionalism. His work quality was superb as he came prepared and cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend H2flow as he’s an expert at diagnosing problem and completing service.
