Came in, diagnosed the problem, and provided a prompt solution. My dishwasher is back up and running thanks to Ricardo. He even went the extra mile and ran to Menards for a part he needed and didn’t charge me any extra. Beyond this, we talked for a few minutes and he answered some other plumbing questions I have. There are a lot of other options you could go with - you won’t go wrong choosing Ricardo.
