I had water leaking around the electrical panel of one of my rentals. Randy was super helpful at triaging the issue, covered entry points to ensure further issues wouldn't occur and noted that the panel was safe and dry. Spent time going over elements and provided insights on next steps as the issue looked to be a plumbing issue under the floor. Highly recommended and will use again in the future.
