We reached out to them and they were quick to respond in the beginning. We had work on our garage fixed, and they replaced two light fixtures on the outside of our garage. Unfortunately, the light fixtures dis attached, and when I reached out for them to come fix them there was zero response from them. I reached out 3 times on 3 different days and no response. I will not be using them again.
