Kristina has been wonderful so far with her style of teaching. Her lessons are affordable and I feel like I’m moving through German fast because she makes sure to cover fundamental concepts in a way that’s both engaging and fun. She’s very patient and understanding if I’m struggling with a concept or vocabulary and assigns homework that challenges me and lets me explore new vocabulary on my own. I’ve really enjoyed having her as a teacher and would recommend her to others just starting to learn German or any other language she offers.

I have taken two German lessons with Kristina so far and I am impressed. I enjoyed my first lesson so much that I attended the second lesson even though I was feeling sick. In this short time, I already noticed Kristina is a skilled instructor with years of experience. She has been gauging my level since I haven't spoken my beginner level German in over a decade and has structured her lessons in a way that isn't too easy, yet difficult enough that I am challenged and learning many new things. I look forward to learning more from her so that I can someday surprise my German friends with decent fluency. ;)

Kristina is very well prepared and knowledgeable. She has lots of material that she shares freely. She teaches both formal and everyday language styles. I assess their level, unless they are starting from scratch, and select the teaching materials based on that. The students who are starting from scratch are asked to fill out a questionnaire.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did my doctorate in philosophy, which meant working with the original German texts. What’s more, my father was German.
