Very quick response and kept me updated on expected arrival time. Inspected the roof and did not find any areas where ingress may have occurred but sprayed the area to discourage animals from exploring further. They seemed to be very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

I’m so thankful to Eldridge, he came out the same day and explained everything he was going to do. I’m terrified of mice and I had a nest of them in my ceiling. He removed them the next day and sealed up all entry points in my house. I pray my problem is resolved but if not I got him on speed dial. lol

Mr Carter and his crew were awesome!! He was responsive and set up time to come out (same day) came prepared with all necessary materials and performed repair/remediation right away! He charged a fair price to set the trap, replace screen for roof vent and seal other entry points. I can’t say enough positive things! If you are on the fence, I encourage you to contact Bind It Pest Control for your needs, you won’t be disappointed!

Ok...I called bind it on 8/30/23 because I had a mice problem...Eldridge came out on 8/31. The minute he stepped into our back yard he told us where the mice were coming from. He inspected around the whole house for any other open spots . He sealed all the spots and and the last thing he said to me was you shouldn't have any problem now. I said good...now I don't have to worry about them invading us this winter. He said well...they are pretty resourceful and they will try to find other ways to get in but it should be no problem. Well... he was right ...it is now Dec 28th and I have not seen or heard one squeak or scratch from those critters. Can't tell you how wonderful it is to not have to worry about our food supply or them crawling in our walls eating the wiring. This man knows what he is doing and I would totally recommend him. Well done Eldridge !!! Thanks for helping us with our mice problem !!!
