What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients are billed monthly for my time by the half hour. If we're one minute late, you get the next half hour free. My associate stylists are billed at 1/2 of my rate ($75).
*A referral is the highest compliment you can give. Receive appreciation hours for introducing me to a new client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As your personal stylist, my job is to partner with you to identify and refine your personal style, creating an image you can truly own. Our initial consultation will be relaxed and open so I can get to know you and your lifestyle. Our process and inspiration flow from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First, I need to know what your life looks like and how you get dressed for everything. Your conversation will be relaxed and open as I get to know you and hat your A walk through your closet is always helpful; I learn a lot about clients as they show me what works and what doesn’t.
Then we’ll figure out where to start. Whether you’d like to work together styling looks from what you own, shop for new exciting things, pitch everything and start from scratch, or just create more order in your closet, we’ll make a plan and go from there. I won’t make changes you aren't comfortable with or push runway fads.
My work is about discovering and interpreting your visual personality so you can own your image.
