Michelle is nothing short of a miracle worker. She helped me go through my outdated and voluminous closet and bring it into the 21st century with sophistication and style. She was so pleasant and professional to work with and tried to make the process as fun as possible. She helped me understand my personal style and how to achieve it using my current items and recommending what was missing. I was not the easiest client and had a hard time letting go. Michelle was very patient in walking me through the process of building a wardrobe that would last and save me time and money in the long run. Michelle is truly a life changer. I now look at myself and my wardrobe with more confidence and style, and it is all because of her fashion knowledge and guidance. Michelle is amazing at what she does. My husband and I hired her for to style our wedding party and provide reception wear for us. She provided lots of suggestions based on the varying body types of our bridal party. She listened to all my concerns and addressed them all. Without her help we would not have had such a cohesive wedding party look. Michelle helped find the rehearsal and reception dress of my dreams!

Michelle was fantastic. I needed lots of pieces for my closet all around. Not only did Michelle have plenty of outfits ready to go when I arrived on shopping day, almost all fit, looked great and weren't pieces I would have picked for myself on my own. She went above and beyond my expectations, searching high and low for vegan friendly pieces and accessories, including the last-minute black pumps I needed for a bachelorette 3 days later. I look so forward to expanding my closet further in the fall-winter season next year.

What I like best about working with Michelle is that she is really honest- she is able to say what works on you and most importantly what does NOT. I've used her in a number of situations- after being promoted at work and needing to "upgrade" my wardrobe a bit, for maternity shopping, and then post baby wardrobe update! I have recently enjoyed working with her for online shopping as well- I love her closet app which helps to keep me organized and refresh my style. since working with Michelle I've received a number of compliments on my style.

We offer a standards pricing model, no hidden fees. Its very straightforward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a new client questionnaire before their initial meeting. The wardrobe makeover and personal shopping sessions help our clients develop a well rounded wardrobe in a comfortable and friendly environment. We help you pair down and organize your current wardrobe, leaving the items that allow you to feel your best. Then, fill in the gaps with flattering items which integrate easily with what they already own. The last step is uploading photos into your online closet and we'll create looks for every occasion!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Retail Business Management from Columbia College Chicago and 10 years of retail experience working in everything from bridal, men's wholesale accessories, children's clothing, custom menswear and of course womenswear.
