Introduction: Our health and well-being is determined by a variety of factors. It is impossible to separate our minds from our bodies (and vice versa) in a healthy way. My goal is to help clients reach their full potential utilizing skills from both disciplines. As a trainer, it is imperative to use multiple modalities to prevent our bodies from acclimating to training. I incorporate elements of strength training, plyometrics, balance, core and speed training to help clients reach their goals. I love watching people grow and reach their full potential. Helping people realize they are capable of is amazing.

    As a former athlete, I am well-versed in athletic training. This is great for clients who are training for competition. With that said, non-athletes will undoubtedly benefit from increased balance, coordination, and motor/ neurological control.
