We did not invent anything and present no new fad to make you think that you are getting cutting-edge training. What we are is a community based on education, integrity, and progression. The practices that we put into our programming are based on our cumulative kettlebell experience and the philosophies of the top minds in the strength and conditioning movement. We have some of the most sought-after trainers in the world including the following: * Pavel Tsatsouline * Brett Jones * Mike Boyle * Juan Carlos Santana * Gray Cook and many more We believe in a humble approach to our profession, knowing that there is always something that you can be better at and that learning is a never-ending process. Our mission is to relay what we learn to our clients in order to provide them with a solid foundation from which to build their fitness lifestyle. Our services are designed to make you stronger, leaner, faster, more flexible and coordinated than you have ever been. It is a guided journey to your goals, whatever they may be, with the support and encouragement of the Rebell community. Along this journey, there will be checkpoints to mark progress and fat loss, counseling to maintain the course, and education to enlighten you to all the possibilities open to you. The sky is the limit! We aren’t against having some good laughs along the way either, so check the egos at the door, kick off your shoes, shake off the day, and have some fun while you learn what you are made of.
