Focused. Relentless. Results driven. These words are only few to illustrate Markita's style of training physical fitness. Markita really enjoys people and fitness, which makes a great combination when working out with her...it's always fun and rewarding! She's even more awesome because she listens and pays attention to your physical responsiveness, making sure you get the results you are striving for. Definitely top rated trainer in my book!!

Markita's workouts are intense and effective. I've always been into fitness (ran track, played volleyball, worked out etc.), but her training really took me to the next level! I'm feeling and looking better! A definite recommend!

I've been working with Markita and her SweshFit program for about 6 months, and absolutely love the program, particularly the way that she was able and willing to tailor certain aspects of her plan to fit my individual needs. Additionally, she knows her stuff....I can't stress this enough. Markita isn't one of those typical trainers you come across at the gym. She understands the details of each exercise, and how it fits into the overall plan. Overall, highly recommend. 5 star.

SweshFit has been the perfect program for me to stay active and consistent with my workouts. The workouts are targeted and intense. It is never the same workouts which is great for me because I get bored by doing the same thing over and over again. Markita is an great motivator who brings high energy and enthusiasm to the workouts.

Great workout in 15minutes...I love Markita she is Great trainer!! I love how she explains each workout and how to focus on that particular muscle...Upper Body and Abs are my favorite!!
