I do research all the time. Menu's, Restaurants, and Ingredients are ever changing. If you don't stay with the times then you fall behind.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My whole life i knew I wanted to cook. There was never a decision for me, it just happened.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Cooking Lessons - most commonly knife skills, chocolate lessons, truffle classes and mixology.
