Introduction: Mind, body, and soul is not just for yoga. It also can be applied to art of pastries. I am a certified pastry chef and do many event pastries to satisfy the mind, I do gluten-free, vegan, and even raw pastries for the body, and down right full fat delicious desserts that feed your soul.
I am open to your ideas and don't have a set menu (the only thing I don't do are sheet cakes). Let's see what we can create together!

Victoria made our cupcakes for our wedding shower. They were decorated and laid out in the shape of a giant peacock, which was the theme/colors for our wedding. The colors and design of the entire spread were breathtakingly beautiful! Her vision and creativity went far beyond anything I could have imagined and they were absolutely delicious and moist as well. She did such a fantastic job that we then had her do our cookies for our baby shower. (We would have had her do our wedding cake as well but we got married out of the country). They were sugar cookies decorated as little old fashioned baby carriages. She did them in 3 different neutral colors (since we did not know what we were having) and the detailing was incredibly. You could see how much work went into each individual cookie and then she wrapped each one as well. Victoria's attention to detail is unparalleled when it comes to her designs and she will work with you until she knows exactly what you want. She exceeded my expectations each time and I will definitely be calling her again.

Vicki of Trynity Sweets did such an amazing job on my wedding cake! My husband and I were floored by the creative, colorful, crazy-cool tropical resort - themed cake she presented to us. We didn't opt for a traditional wedding (island wedding, it's the way to go!) and Vicki managed to perfectly capture our personalities in the cake she custom-designed. The amount of detail on this thing is incredible. She even worked in our wedding colors. Did I mention it tasted delicious? It was so hard to see this beauty cut into. Thanks to Trynity Sweets for creating the perfect focal point for our reception.

Victoria provided light bulb cookies for our Utility Company Retirement Event, they looked great and tasted awesome. Very professional, she did great work, we will definitely use her again.

Victoria should be in the Sweets HALL OF FAME !
She perfected our wedding cake which was an exact replica of the Stanley Cup and not to mention tasted absolutely beyond delicious. People are STILL talking about it almost a year later. She puts her heart and soul into every batch and I recommend her to everyone!
