I had a small job to be done and was rejected by multiple contractors but no job was too small for Elliot. He came to my home and agreed to do the work. I ran into a few set backs due to village requirements and permits. Elliot handled it in a timely manner and upmost professionalism. He completed the job quickly, even in poor weather ( rain) almost everyday but that did not prevent his team to finish the job. The project was done so beautifully and although I selected to finish the stain on my project ( wood steps ) Elliot made sure to provide suggestions and tips on how to complete myself. Thank you Elliot! I am completely satisfied and happy with your services and team!

I hired Elliot Ness builders to add a new railing on my deck. It was a tricky job because this is not a straight railing, as the edge of the deck is like a half circle curve. They did a great, it looks amazing and is very sturdy.

After 2 years and multiple home renovations, I can’t say enough about working with Elliot. The first thing I noticed about Elliot was after I asked a question he took a moment and thought before answering. It was not scripted and it shouldn’t be since every project in the city is different. Let me add, my project was very difficult. It was a 5th floor deck demo and replacement and Elliot did not bat an eye. The work was done quickly, well ahead of schedule, and to perfection. I will be using Elliot or at least consulting with him for 100% of my projects moving forward. It was an absolute pleasure!

Elliot was great to work with on the rebuild of my condo deck with trex boards.

I've attached the photos of before and after of my Pergola and that should explain why Elliot and his team deserves 5 Star Review.
Things that I like about Elliot Ness Builders:
1. Communication: It was good from beginning to the end.
2. Recommendations: We generally had an idea of what we want but then Elliot would understand it and give us options on what's possible etc.
3. Project Management: He laid out the entire project in 5-6 different days and they had a target on what they'd want to achieve in those days based on weather condition and availability of raw materials. They executed the plan accordingly.
4. Execution: Flawless.
5. Professionalism: Elliot's team was very punctual, they were quite too and humble with others.
6. Price: I did my research before deciding on working with Elliot and found that he offered a little less than the market average rate for our Pergola, deck refinishing (power was, sand and stain) and planter boxes.

Our typical process would be to meet and view the potential project, to assess the project and provide input to the client, sometimes there are issues that can be identified before construction, which make the project run smoothly when underway.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elliot Ness Builders possesses OSHA 30 certificate, a requirement to ensure adequate safety practices during the construction project, and requires all employees to undergo Jobsite safety training upon hire.
