Zia Framing does amazing, high quality work! From our very first contact, Alejandro was responsive, professional, friendly and exhibited a can do approach. He completed the framing and insulation needed for us to take our totally unfinished basement to finished. We explored a number of companies before selecting Zia. The value in pricing and the overall experience of working with Alejandro made it the right choice. If we had it to do over again we would make the same choice! Alejandro framed all walls, the drop ceiling with recessed lights, installed closet framing and framed support poles. He worked with speed and efficiency and kept us informed of any framing modifications that he recommended. We were undecided about some design choices we initially made and Alejandro was very easy to work with. It meant he had to undo and redo some framing and make a couple of additional trips to our house but he was 100% accommodating. He is a master at his trade and we are so happy with our finished basement!

Alex completed a complex framing job for a kitchen remodeling project at our house in a record time. Prime framing and carpentry. He removed a wall and replace it with a 5 LVL beam and two wood post columns and open up the kitchen to the living room. He also raised the ceiling and created a cathedral ceiling. He created a box stairs and a brand new closet in 5 working days. He has amazing workmanship, and clean the project area everyday.
