Zia Framing does amazing, high quality work! From our very first contact, Alejandro was responsive, professional, friendly and exhibited a can do approach. He completed the framing and insulation needed for us to take our totally unfinished basement to finished. We explored a number of companies before selecting Zia. The value in pricing and the overall experience of working with Alejandro made it the right choice. If we had it to do over again we would make the same choice! Alejandro framed all walls, the drop ceiling with recessed lights, installed closet framing and framed support poles. He worked with speed and efficiency and kept us informed of any framing modifications that he recommended. We were undecided about some design choices we initially made and Alejandro was very easy to work with. It meant he had to undo and redo some framing and make a couple of additional trips to our house but he was 100% accommodating. He is a master at his trade and we are so happy with our finished basement!

Got a quote from Alejandro to open up a load-bearing wall in our kitchen. Price was reasonable and even ended up paying less than his estimate. Alejandro and his guys did an excellent and professional job. Made sure everything was clean during and after the work. Would recommend them to others needing similar work done in their homes.

Definitely will hire again! He did an awesome job framing out a room in our basement and plan to hire him again to finish the rest of the space when we are ready. He was on time, great to communicate with, polite and cleaned up very well after himself. Highly recommend!

Alejandro and Hector were amazing . We needed framing for about 1800 square feet. Alejandro was very transparent about his quote , he was very responsive during the initial conversations. When it came to framing , there are experts in their craft . They worked with us and were flexible in accommodating any last minute changes . They also made themselves for the inspection and received commendations from the village inspector. Overall very , honest and reasonably priced professionals . I would hire them again in. The best service I have ever received. They responded immediately came out for an estimate the same day and started the work a couple days later. Alejandro was amazing, knew exactly what we wanted and the work was amazing!!! I would highly recommend him to everyone. He completed the work in our basement in 2 days and was very careful with our furniture and personal items. Great communication and quality work for a great price. We had a bathroom, bedroom, gym and bar built. He will be my go to for any work needed in the future.
