What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free initial estimates. In most cases I'm able to provide an initial estimate over the phone by gathering some additional details about your job. Feel free to reach out to me with any initial questions you may have. Once we have our first discussion, we will then set up an appointment for you. Next day appointments generally available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact me on Thumbtack i will answer any questions you may have about your project.
After i understand the situation, I will provide you with an over-the-phone estimate.
If that estimate is agreed upon I will gather your phone number and address and schedule an appointment. Appointments available within 1-2 business days on average.
Once on-site I will take measurements, evaluate materials required and provide a final estimate at that time.
Work will then be completed/ a follow up appointment scheduled if required (for larger jobs).
Once work is completed, we will do a walk through to make sure everything exceeds expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC/R Certification from Environmental Technical Institute, Rheem 34" 90 plus Technician Certification, of Completion section 608 Technician Certification being EPA Certified Universal.
