- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every time I meet a new customer, I tell them about myself, my company and my experience. I want them to feel comfortable working with me, and want them to know exactly who they are allowing into their home. I also ask a new customer about their needs or if there is anything important that I should know about their project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this business in 1989 out of the trunk of my car, passing out business cards and trying to make enough money to survive. First I worked small jobs, odd jobs and anything that I could find. Soon, word began to spread that I was a hard, honest worker looking to start my own business, and people began sending customers to me. I truly have the community to thank for the exponential growth of my business!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Because I worked my way up through a variety of different industries, I have experience with every type of customer, both commercial and residential. What I've found is that every customer wants the same thing from their HVAC company: quality workmanship at a quality price.
