- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the size and complexity of the project. Free estimates are available for most jobs. Materials are discussed separately unless included in the quote. I also offer discounts for multiple projects or repeat customers. No hidden fees
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer’s needs and reviewing the project details through photos or an on-site visit if needed. Then I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, I schedule the job, complete the work carefully and professionally, and make sure the customer is satisfied before finishing
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in handyman services, furniture assembly, painting, repairs, and home improvement projects. I focus on quality work, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. I’m always learning new techniques and using professional tools to deliver the best results
