Ruzi came out this morning to repair my garage door. He was prompt and professional. He replaced my spring and made sure it was lubricated. He also was very informative. I will have him do more work i the future.

Ruzi with Garage Door responded promptly to my message. He was able to come out the very next day. When he was running late because of Chicago traffic he made sure to keep us updated.

Due to the age of our light it could not be fixed. However he did clean and lubricate the garage door. It was greatly appreciated because the door had become quite loud. After cleaning and lubrication the door goes up and down quietly and smoothly.

EASY GARAGE DOOR's reply

Hi Shannon, thank you so much for the 5-star review! I'm glad the door is now running smoothly and quietly. Along with the maintenance, I adjusted the travel limits on your opener. It was previously over-pushing against the floor and bending the rail, which strains the motor. It is now properly calibrated to protect your system. Thanks for choosing us!
