- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so I provide pricing based on the scope of work, surface condition, preparation required, and materials. I provide clear estimates before starting, with no surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project and reviewing photos or visiting the property if needed. Then I provide an estimate, agree on the scope and schedule, prepare and protect the work area, complete the job, and make sure the customer is happy with the final result
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from hands-on work on residential and commercial projects. I have several years of experience with interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, wood and metal restoration, and refinishing.
