Allan and his associate painted my kitchen cabinets, entire top floor of my house, and replaced the carpet with laminate. They did excellent work and completed all of the projects within 4 days. Allan is very professional and great at answering questions and helping with decisions. I’ve added a before/after of my kitchen cabinets. I’ll definitely reach out to Allan again for further projects.

Allan Argueta, the owner of Allan’s Remodeling, was unable to complete work due to not being able to provide a licensed plumber to remodel my bathroom, as required by my condo association. He however had already received a down payment for this job. He agreed to pay a portion of that down payment, by September 15 2021. He has still not made payment and refuses to pay stating “I will pay it when I can.” So unprofessional! Meanwhile, instead of trying to resolve the matter quickly and professionally, he blames me the customer for not allowing him to use an unlicensed plumber to do the work, because if I had the work would have been done by now! So disrespectful! Then he so cockily states he has files too. In other words if I take him to small claims court he will prove his case! Ok. Let’s see!

Details: Full remodel of bathroom • Update style • Replace fixtures • Family bath (shared by everyone) • Home

Allan's Remodeling LLC's reply
The project was completed at almost its totally, unfortunately the client at last minute decided to make some changes in the contract in regards the type of plumber, that needed just to change a valve, we had to put it on hold until the right plumber had the availability to come by but the client didn't want to wait longer, in other words, she didn't respect the original contract plus trying to fulfill her additional requirement for the plumbing step she just decided to stop and get some refund, at the time we explained to her that her association wasn't requesting what she wanted, license plumber, but she insisted, we had to: 1 fix the original price for the rest of the job completed, avoiding the discount applied 2- add some extra work she added out of the contract and wasn't going to be charged as courtesy if we completed the whole project 3- we agreed to refund a portion of the remaining balance as courtesy even when she canceled the contract with penalty 4- her refund portion is in process and she needs to wait for it, we already spoke about it. Any other questions please feel free to contact me.
