After asking friends and looking through reviews, I contacted BBOSS INC to look at my apartment. Dastan Uulu, the owner, walked me through the process, keeping me in loop every step of the way. Project remodeling went well, the crew was attentive and courteous, to my wife and I. Amazing service received by BBOSS INC on our and remodel project. Appreciate the job that was done at my house.

The service I received is unacceptable. BBOSS Inc. started by telling me how far they are from my home, then asked me to send pictures of the work I want done, and then asked me what is in my walls. I put my zip code in my request, so they know the area I am in and they should not have reached out if its out of there range. Its not my job to do their job in providing a quote. I will never use them and hope they treat other future customers much better than I was treated.
