I am still actively working with Good Living so will update when the work is completed.
However, the process up until now has been great. Jonathan was able to meet quickly and look at the space I needed fully finished out. He asked many questions and even considered potential complications I hadn't thought of.
His estimate was fair and so far accurate. He has been willing to pivot and work with me as my project definition naturally took shape.
He works fast and so far the quality looks great. Can't wait to see the finished project.
I will be using him for future projects at my house.

Jonathan has renovated 3 areas of my house. The basement was entirely demolished and the ceilings were raised. New drywall. New energy efficient slim can lights. Painted. New flooring installed. It looks amazing. He was able to complete this project in 2 weeks. There was literally no downtime. He also renovated all the bathrooms on the second floor of my house, 1 was a full demo/reno with a custom glass walk in shower/ceiling height. I picked out all the material and Jonathan even offered to help haul supplies so we could start on time. He has a great eye for design but will accommodate with your design if that is what you want. He partners with the right people (quartz fabricators) who he works frequently and passes on the savings to the customer. The last project was a full kitchen re-fresh (new plumbing, new quartz countertops, new ceiling lights, new cooktop). He also put up a new basketball hoop just before fall ended.
If you are looking for someone trustworthy and a great eye for design, Jonathan and his team will not disappoint. Sit down with him to plan out your design and finishes (including paint colors) and you wont be disappointed!
