Project: To extend half bathroom into full by extending it into a closet next to it. First I would like to mention that it was really difficult for me to find someone who would want to do it because the space was really small. We had to fire a handyman that first agreed to make the bathroom as we requested but then wouldn't accommodate any of the request I made. I really needed to get this project taken care of as quickly as possible and extremely stressed out. I came across Perdomo Construction on Thumbtack which at first I thought was quite expensive but it was at same ball park as the other estimates I got. I am really happy that I decided to work with them. They did their best to accommodate all the requests I made and things turned out just as I had imagined. They worked every weekday and were punctual and dedicated to get the work done as fast as they could. For you reference the space was really tiny (3.5ft X 7ft). The best part is the have 1 year of warranty which is awesome. But I do hope I really don't have any problems. I have added pictures for reference. Needless to add what is before and after!

I had my deck and concrete done. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Always on time and the quality of work was great, reasonably priced. He kept me updated on the progress of the work. I would definitely recommend him! I will definitely be using him for future projects.

What can I say about Julio and his company. They really did a fabulous job renovating my basement. My basement had become 1500 square feet of storage. He turned the space into an oasis. I now have room for my kids to have hangouts, an area to lounge,workout space and a home office. He was incredibly flexible and talented. The price was fair. He did such a great job on my basement I asked him to redo my garage space. He helped me find someone to help me declutter and remove items from my home. I plan to use Perdomo Construction again to renovate the rest of my home. Hire him. You will not go wrong.
