JCP handled Basement Bedroom buildout, flooring, electrical and paint. Workers were there daily on time and super communicative. Will be booking again for other work in the house

JCP Construction fixed my busted concrete front steps. They rebuilt a couple of them and patched others, repainted my rails, and covers all the stairs in granite grip. Super responsive and comfortable to work with. Excellent work. Saving up for them to help with another project or two!

What can I say about Julio and his company. They really did a fabulous job renovating my basement. My basement had become 1500 square feet of storage. He turned the space into an oasis. I now have room for my kids to have hangouts, an area to lounge,workout space and a home office. He was incredibly flexible and talented. The price was fair. He did such a great job on my basement I asked him to redo my garage space. He helped me find someone to help me declutter and remove items from my home. I plan to use Perdomo Construction again to renovate the rest of my home. Hire him. You will not go wrong.
