We're an investor owned General Contracting Company. We started with our own Fix n Flips and Rentals and built a strong team of contractors and sub contractors. We've done dozens of flips and own 25+ rental units across Chicago. And now, we decided to get our own General Contracting License and help other investors, homeowners, and property management companies do the same. We GC entire projects no matter how small or big the projects. We have all trade licenses including plumbing, electrical, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC and more. If you're an investor looking to flip a property, we'll handle it the entire job for you. If you're a homeowner in need of a remodel for your home, we'll get it done.
