- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive in our pricing to the market. We are investors ourselves and we understand the important of keeping costs low. Typically the bigger the project, the more we offer as a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to discuss the project details with you over the phone. Our goal is to provide you with a fairly accurate quote immediately so you can make a ore informed decision. We offer virtual pricing based on the videos and pictures you can send us. If we're not able to quote it virtually, we will send a Project Manager to come do an in-person quote
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have flipped dozens of our own properties and also own 25+ rental units. So we have a fairly good understanding of construction and services related to properties.
