David, Luis, and the team were all amazing to work with. Everyone was responsive and easy to work with. They did a great job on the masonry work (parapet wall rebuild/bricking up windows) and power washing. Even through some minor issues that were found while working the team was able to finish the work in a timely manner. I would hire the company again.

Working with Xterior Specialists was a great experience. I contacted ten companies to build a small block wall and pour a small concrete patch, and they were the first to respond and offered the best price. They clearly explained everything they planned to do and kept me updated with pictures throughout the project. I definitely recommend them. This was my before and after of my area.

David & his team did an excellent job at completely multiple masonry projects on our condo building. Slight delays in warranty paperwork and small area missed on our garage, but addressed in less than two weeks. Excellent quality work for reasonable prices. Quick to respond via text. I would hire them again for future masonry projects.
