Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I think my work stands out in it's brilliance with usage of color while at other times I think it stands out because I have an unique way of creating and understanding. My fine arts alongside with my background in animation and CADD I have been able to combine all this knowledge to be one when needed. I adore making people smile with my artwork; I want to make everyone happy. I enjoy knowing that somehow I have made an imprint, whether in my client's life or with the audience.

Upon finding out that I needed to submit a "design completed" page for my daughters cotillion book and that I had missed the deadline...SHEER PANIC settled in for me. I pleaded for an extension as I was traveling. They gave me 24 hours! After calling around while in St.Louis, I remembered THUMBTACK! Shannon responded and requested more information about what I needed. I contacted her rambling and frantic, desperately seeking understanding of my issue. Shannon comforted me with her confidence to complete the job in just a few hours. I was able to send her a few photos, describe what I wanted and she created a masterpiece! Shannon is clearly a professional who not only handles escalated requests, she manages with precision, confidence and comfort to the customer. This is the type of service that deserves constant public recognition and the highest accolades possible. I am elated with her work, and regard her highly as others should too. Shannon SAVES LIVES!!!:)

Very pleasant. Was very open to making changes to meet my expectations. Final fees were as projected. Meeting time requirements was adequate.

Shannon was delightful to work with. She understood the project and asked all the right questions. She worked quickly and was extremely responsive. And the final product exceeded my expectations.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am actively involved in many creative groups, which allows for a meeting of the creative minds with collaboration and discussions. I, also, attend different shows regularly to keep up on the newest and latest processes, such as the graph-expo. My other personal goal has to always do at least one-two tutorials online a week to learn the newest changes in software.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

This could be a loaded question. I had an extremely artistic father and a highly creative mother so I was always, I guess you could say, testing my imagination and daydreaming. Although I spent quite a few hours in the advance placement art studio in school, my initial thought was to study architecture, as I had in high school. Then I began college and realized how much things were changing and how powerful the software could be, so I decided to switch from my CADD coursework to another piece of software, Adobe Photoshop 2.0. The rest is history.
