Honesty,Honesty, honesty. Of all the people who looked at the roof, Oscar was the only one who didn't try to sell a complete new roof. The work was done quickly and professionally. After they cleaned up anything laying around.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Oscar. Due to the multiple tornados that hit the Chicagoland area last week, one of the flashings on my roof was bent back. I reached out to Oscar on Thumbtack with pictures, and he responded right away with a reasonable price. We set a time for him to come the next morning, and he was there in time, even notifying us when he was on his way. He then proceeded to check around the roof and showed us where multiple nails were loose, areas that needed sealing, and a loose soffit. He gave us a fair price to do maintenance on the roof, which solved some minor leaks we were having. He even came back to do a water test to be sure everything was dry! I also liked that he took pictures before and after and provided a detailed invoice. I am grateful to have connected with Oscar. He is professional, does quality work, and charges fair prices. I will definitely use his services again for any further roofing needs.
