Turion was very timely with the repairs required. My fence had blown down during the storm, which completely broke the fence post. The job was completed above satisfactory and I will definitely be calling on Turion's company again for future work. I own 2 businesses, work full time and I have an auction site that I manage. I easily work in excess of 80 hours weekly. I have some vacant land in Chicago that was hit with some very hefty fines for city code violations. I was out of the Chicago area on business in D.C and New York when I received the notices-I was not given much time to correct the deficiencies and I didn't have the time to stay on top of the violations like I would have had I not been away on business. Although I have several family/friends/acquaintenances in the Detroit and Chicago areas, I really didn't know whether I could count on them or not or if I felt comfortable asking them. I contacted Thumbtack as a last result and the only professional who responded was Turion. Turion was responsive professional and ethical. He quoted me a very reasonable rate. As it turned out he had another job he was finishing up just hours earlier and I was able to actually get my relatives over there to do the job instead. Have no doubt though-that with his strong work ethic and dedication to stellar customer service he would have been there the next day as scheduled and done an outstanding job I am quite certain. I will just say this....He had put my mind at ease that if I still needed him to do the work today, Thursday he would put my work as a priority.
