I’m very impressed by the exceptional service I received working with Paul and Carlos, they are the Elite Squad in this industry! No doubt about it! 1) Smooth, efficient communication: Out of the dozen services I contacted which requires filling out forms and scheduling on-site estimates before giving any comments, Carlos was the only one who responded quickly and was able to move things fast! Together we went through my detailed list of repair needs, have photos reviewed, and had everything scheduled within a 5-minute phone call! Super efficient!! 2) Professionals with amazing personality: Then Paul was the other amazing professional who came onsite with tools and was able to have my entire to-fix list checked within only one visit!! Knowing that I’m remote, he was very patient in communicating with me through texts and sent me before and after photos that I needed. He also helped inspected the unit, spotted and quickly fixed something extra that fell off my radar, and even helped dispose some junk. I just love his no-BS attitude and kindness. What more can anyone expect!! 3) High-quality workmanship: See after photos of regrouting and caulking attached. 4) Honest and reasonable pricing: First, I like that Paul gave very down-to-earth suggestions, and help you avoid traps to spend money on things you don’t need. Second, their pricing is very transparent. The estimate was sent to me via email from their website, broken down by each item and estimated hourly labor. The estimate was reasonable, but after the work finished, the actual bill turned out to be even less because Paul was so efficient! 5) A lifesaver for remote landlords: This part I’ll post a separate review for. But in short, they really stand behind their brand, a true condo concierge, hard to come by in the current industry.

Contractors are very reasonable and they are the cheapest around town I’ve compared them to other contractors and others sites like handy and u can’t beat it For Example 4 hours of exterior painting in home with them is $200 that’s without any supplies fee added on with handy you pay $501.60 + a $4.00 Trust And Support Fee which I don’t think that includes supplies. I will continue to use them for all my projects year long as I feel there giving back to the community and not out to rip you like some other company’s they are very responsive and it’s easy to get in contact with them. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates for new projects. Once accepted by the client we then we schedule the work to be done. Our fees are a standard $50.00 per hour plus materials. flat rates on certain projects and a two-hour minimum charge for any hourly job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
once you reach out to us, we communicate a time to come meet you and discuss the project. this can also be done over the phone, text or via email for small or simple requests. we go over the work needed and the time frame in which you would like the work done. then we email you a free estimate for the total cost. once you approved, we move forward with the work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Building HOAs, private owners, renters and some small businesses.
